In our last email we discussed rinsing your mouth with water during meals and right after meals in order to dilute dental plaque acids and wash away food debris so you don't keep feeding your dental plaque germs. It's a lot like running to the eyewash station if you get acid splashed into your eye.

Today's tip is as simple as chewing gum.Xylitol gum.
Studies show that chewing 7 pieces of xylitol gumevery day is an excellent way to fight tooth decay. In fact, studies show thatif you were to use xylitol gum 7x per day every day for six months, you would hardly have any decay microbes in your mouth.
